Debbie is a Director in Deloitte London's Global Employer Services practice with more than 25 years of experience in providing expatriate services to global organizations.
Debbie has extensive experience serving global organizations to ensure effective and compliant global mobility deployments, minimizing risk and costs for the business and employees across the spectrum including long and short-term assignments, rotators, senior executives, permanent foreign hires, commuters, project workers, business travelers and international remote working.
Her experience includes cross border expatriate tax and social security compliance and consultancy with a strong focus on employee experience and global mobility policy and program design and implementation. She also has deep experience in all aspects of alternative engagement models including Global Employment Company (GEC) feasibility, design, implementation and operation and Employer of Record (EOR) considerations, helping organizations understand options and business ‘fit’.
Debbie is also part of Deloitte's Global task force for international remote work.
