A 13-year veteran of the organization, he is the team’s lead researcher in the market, and executive face to Research & Sensing Members, clients, and the HR vendor market. He is a sought-after thought leader and frequent speaker on organization design, culture, learning, talent, HR, and leadership. He is an author of Deloitte’s annual Global Human Capital Trends report and a co-host of the Capital H Podcast. He holds a master's degree in digital media from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on computer-aided distance learning, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Emory University.
