Duncan is the chairman of the board of directors of Deloitte Canada and Chile. In addition, he is a member of the global board of Deloitte and of the governance, risk management and information security oversight committees. He is also a member of the board of directors and the strategy committee of Deloitte EE. UU. He is passionate about providing services to his clients, helping to grow and perfect those around him, and building a better future for Canada and Chile. His strongest conviction is that leadership is to get down to work and face common challenges. Throughout his career, he has focused on the future of Canada and the impact that business leaders can exert to profile results for the benefit of our communities. As part of his professional activities during his 31-year career, he has provided services to international institutional investor clients and global public and private family businesses in the mining, telecommunications, consumption, manufacturing, real estate and industrial sectors. construction, as well as regional and national governments. Prior to his current position, he was the local director of Audit, managing partner of Edmonton and regional managing partner of British Columbia. He was also vice president and first dean of Deloitte University North, where he was responsible for thought leadership, public policies, important sponsorship programs and the development of leaders from across the country. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Duncan actively participates in the community. He is currently president of the Long Term Investment organization, chairman of the governance committee and member of the audit committee and the board of directors of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. He is a member of the advisory board of the Global Projects Center at Stanford University, the Lazaridis Institute of Wilfred Laurier University, the Smith School of Business at Queens University, and a member of the governing council of the Junior Achievement of Central Ontario. Previously, he was a member of the United Way council of Lower Mainland and the governor council of the Business Council of British Columbia.
