Declan is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he serves as the Human Capital leader for Industrial Products & Construction. He has more than 25 years of human resources (HR) transformation experience in guiding global organizations with the development of their HR strategy and service delivery models (i.e., operating models), including HR shared services, and the development and deployment of enabling HR technologies.
He is a frequent speaker at North American and European HR conferences on topics ranging from HR portal strategies, to global HR transformation, and technology adoption. Throughout his career, Declan has led projects focused on HR transformation, HR service delivery model design, business process reengineering and outsourcing, large HR systems implementations and post implementation support, and standing up HR shared service centers in North America, Europe, and Asia. In addition, Declan has assisted organizations in developing their HR outsourcing strategy and with their transition out ‘to’ and back ‘from’ various HR BPO providers.
Declan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honors degree in microelectronic engineering (BA, BAI, MA).
