David has been a partner in the firm for over 23 years. He is a member of the global board. He advises a number of FTSE100 companies, some other large private sector organisations and is an advisory partner for some of Deloitte’s public sector clients. Prior to becoming Chairman in 2007, David led Deloitte’s Tax practice in the UK during which time he was a member of the firm’s Executive Group and a member of the global organisation’s Tax Management Group.
