Danielle is a principal in Deloitte’s Automotive, Hospitality, Transportation, and Services practice and leads the Human Capital practice for the sector. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience leading clients through large scale global transformations with a focus on organizational, cultural, change management, and talent implications. In addition to consulting with leading hospitality and travel clients, Danielle has also served as advisor to the National Economic Council and The White House around alternative talent and upskilling initiatives. She received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations and has served on the Advisory Board for Cornell’s Institute for Hospitality and Employment Relations.
Danielle lives in Atlanta with her husband Graham, and two daughters, Milana and Colette.
