Catherine Parsons Dhamija is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s Human Capital practice. Catherine employs a trademarked organizational alignment and change management methodology to advise leaders and their organizations on how to improve performance through effective execution. Catherine has over 20 years of experience, from the board level and C-suite, down to the front lines. Catherine has a breadth of exposure to the many facets of teams, across markets and industries with expertise in Financial Services, construction and the Public Sector. Catherine holds an MBA with distinction in Strategy and International Business, from the Schulich School of Business, York University and an Honors’ Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
