Carlo is the Sustainability lead and Leadership Senior Advisor at Deloitte Consulting Switzerland. He has over 25 years of multi-disciplinary experience spanning professional footballer, hotel general manager, Harvard University lecturer, leadership coach and sustainability senior advisor. Today, Carlo contributes to several global sustainability coalitions and initiatives, including with the Vatican and United Nations where the focus is on identifying new and better micro and macro indicators for ESG and broader economic measurements. Carlo is also a certified multi-stakeholder facilitator who supports organisations and their people in their sustainability and impact transformation journeys.
