Barbara is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Advisory Services service area. She has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, process manager and project manager. She is a dedicated management consultant for strategic and operational HR subjects with long-standing international experience. Barbara managed numerous global projects for SMEs as well as large international corporations and supported HR and IT with the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors & other HR software.
