Marcelo Magalhães Fernandes is a partner at Deloitte Brazil, where he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. With over 30 years of experience at Deloitte Brasil, he began his career as an audit trainee in 1991. Over the years, he has progressed through the various stages of career development that Deloitte offers, including international work in San Francisco, California, before becoming a partner in 2005.
Marcelo has led various strategic initiatives both internally and for clients across different sectors of the economy, working on crucial issues that have contributed to the development of the Brazilian capital market.
