Alexandria Younossi, is a principal in the Human Capital Workforce Transformation Practice with Deloitte Consulting LLP. Alex focuses primarily in the Health Care industry where she assists leading Life Sciences organizations with large scale business transformations including the transition to the Future of Work. Alex works with her clients to define, assess and implement future focused skills and capabilities needed to drive innovation, growth and sustainability. Alex is experienced in the areas of organization effectiveness including change and culture execution, org design and talent management. She has implemented large, complex projects across multiple business functions and understands what it takes to align cross-functional leaders around a common vision to drive and accelerate change. Alex is passionate when it comes to diversity in the workplace and giving back to the community. She has led various Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts both internally at Deloitte and for her clients including work to advance the DEI talent and health equity agenda across both the Biopharmaceutical and Medical Technology industries. Alex has a B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior from Mount Holyoke College, and an MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University.
