Angela Welle is a Deloitte Consulting LLP senior manager in the Government & Public Services practice. She leads digital government transformations with a focus on citizen experience. She has elevated the human experience in over 20 government agencies, including six state and local governments. Prior to Deloitte, Welle worked in the United States Senate. She has an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a BSBA from the Ohio State University.
