Amy Grippi currently serves as the Child Services Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services with a focus on synthesizing complex initiatives and bridging the gap between child serving systems in Pennsylvania. Grippi is spearheading research efforts to determine the feasibility of implementing a predictive analytics model for the Commonwealth’s child welfare system, and is leading efforts to improve services for children with complex behavioral health needs. Moreover, Grippi has been instrumental in guidance development and recovery planning for the COVID-19 public health emergency.
