Shaunna is a marketing and customer experience-focused leader who helps clients with transformational technology programs. Her strong technology implementation background, coupled with her focus on strategy and people, helps organizations go beyond the technology to influence and drive value for the business from a strategic perspective. Shaunna has extensive experience working with clients to develop their end-to-end customer experience and digital strategy through marketing, analytics, and e-commerce technology. Shaunna has worked with Canada’s top financial services and telecommunications firms. Prior to joining Deloitte, she held a variety of senior roles at IBM Canada, which included leading the sales organization and channel strategy for IBM’s marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain solutions. Prior to that, she was the senior executive responsible for Bell Canada’s P&L and IT services outsourcing agreement, for which she led a matrix team in four geographies, including Canada and India.
