Bart-Jan is a seasoned IT strategy and Innovation professional with over 20 years of in depth experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking and Investment Banking combined with a broad consultancy experience. Before joining Deloitte, Bart-Jan was the head of IT strategy for Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland. Before that he was the Distinguished Chief Architect at ING where he played a key part in defining and initiating the Think Forward strategy.
