Ryan is a managing director in Deloitte Tax's International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services (IT.QCS) practice with extensive experience providing high value analytical consulting services to many industry sectors, including dozens of Fortune 500 corporations. Lead the development of Deloitte’s Integrated International Tax Reform (“IITR”) model & Deloitte's OECD Pillar One Model and delivered related modeling services to dozens of clients. Significant experience with Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) and Overall Foreign Loss (OFL) calculations, earnings and profits studies, custom modeling projects, Section 987 analyses, global income tax provision calculations, APB 23 calculations, debt capacity analyses, Internal Revenue Code Section 338(g), and domestic production activity deduction calculations. Serves as Deloitte’s deputy International Tax & Transfer Pricing Innovation champion.
