Bob Hersch

Bob serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Deloitte’s US Ecosystems & Alliances to create and drive strategy, lead portfolio and performance management, advise on alliance strategic must-win deals, including resell and deal structures, and coordinate related activities globally.

Bob also serves as Global CCO and Practice Leader for Deloitte’s Microsoft Technology Services Practice, where he is responsible for advancing the strategy, offerings, and capabilities across Deloitte’s businesses.

Bob engineers solutions and integrates technology services to automated, as-a-Service consumption models. He leads business transformation by engaging and aligning human capital powered by emerging technologies, modern operating models, and Deloitte’s extended ecosystem and portfolio of services and offerings. A thought leader in cloud strategy, hybrid-cloud, generative AI, and technology-enabled sustainability, Bob brings 30 years of experience in advising clients and leading technology programs.
