Deloitte is proud to once again participate in the prestigious Expo Real conference, an international trade fair for property and investment, being held at Trade Fair Center Messe München, from 7 – 9 October 2024.

Expo Real caters to the full spectrum of the property sector, offering an international networking platform for the key markets of Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. The fair’s extensive program of conference events, featuring more than 400 speakers, gives participants valuable insight into the latest trends and innovations in the property, investment and finance markets.

Michael Mueller

Deloitte - Germany
Michael Müller is responsible for and manages Deloitte's nationwide activities in Industry Real Estate. He is the Deloitte Global ESG Leader and a member of the global Deloitte Real Estate Leadership Executive. The focus of his work is the auditing and advising of companies and groups of companies in the real estate industry. Michael Müller is also a lecturer in international accounting (IFRS) and a member of various real estate industry associations and commissions.

Kathy Feucht

Deloitte - Global
Kathy is Deloitte’s Global Real Estate sector leader and an audit partner based in the U.S. with more than 25 years of experience. She serves as lead client service partner for both public and private clients, with a focus in the real estate and hospitality sectors. In addition to her roles at Deloitte, she is a member of NAREIT and the Urban Land Institute and serves as a board member for several non-for-profit organizations.

Caroline Waldock

Deloitte - Global
Caroline leads Deloitte’s Real Estate Practice across the UK for all service lines. She is a Partner within Transaction Services who leads our Real estate SPA Advisory offering, and her practice specialises in advising on the purchase price mechanics in private M&A deals, working alongside the financial and tax due diligence teams to translate issues and risks identified into value creation or protection for her clients, whether through completion accounts, ‘locked box’ or earn-out purchase price mechanisms. Caroline has led hundreds of deals in the real estate and hospitality sector over the past few years, including multiple complex international and pan-European transactions, which has involved dealing with the varying market practices in purchase price mechanisms and transaction documentation in each jurisdiction. Real estate assets included offices, logistics, hotels, shopping malls, development land, care homes and student accommodation.

Alberto is the partner responsible for Real Estate at Deloitte Spain. Alberto began his professional career at Deloitte 22 years ago and became a Partner in 2008. He is specialized in Real Estate transactions, M&A, debt financing and refinancing processes. Some of his main clients are: Merlin Properties, Apollo, Castlelake and Värde. Alberto has been a speaker at relevant real estate market events such as the Barcelona Meeting Point, GRI and the Financial Sector Meeting.

Lize is a member of the Deloitte Global Real Estate Executive Committee. Lize leads initiatives that impact the real estate industry and coordinates it between the various Deloitte Member firms in her role as Real Estate Sector leader of Deloitte Luxembourg and DCE. She is also a board member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) and vice-chair of the ALFI Regulatory Advisory Board Lize holds a B.Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of Stellenbosch and audit certifications in Luxembourg (Reviseur d’Entreprise Agréée), Lize is also a fellow member of ACCA, an US Certified Public Accountant, as well as a South African Chartered Accountant.
