Mr. Sleiman is a senior professional within international and domestic geographical markets with a proven track record driving revenue and profit growth in start-up, transition and stable environments. Prior to joining Deloitte, Rudy was at General Dynamics for over as a Senior Director for Ground Combat Vehicle C4I Integration. He was responsible for all domestic and global competencies product lines and architectures in the tactical platform markets. Mr. Sleiman worked in the aerospace and defense information systems and technology industry for more than 39 years. Prior to General Dynamics, Rudy worked at BearingPoint where he had business development responsibilities within the Aerospace & Defense industry. In addition he has held numerous managerial roles for other companies within North America and around the globe. He has extensive working experience in strategy, communications, network management and combat vehicle markets. Fluent in English, French and Arabic languages

Jean-Louis Rassineux is the Deloitte Global Industrial Products & Construction (IP&C) Sector Leader, working with our IP&C practitioners around the world to help manufacturing, aerospace and defense (A&D), and engineering and construction companies address complex business problems. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience, including in product lifecycle management, finance and HR transformation, supply chain and logistics, program management, and strategy definition. Having worked with some of the largest names in the sector, Jean-Louis currently focuses on innovation and the impact of digital on A&D organizations. Based in Paris, he is an active member of A&D associations and participates in such major events as the Paris Air Show and the Farnborough International Airshow.

Julia Arkell is a dedicated relationship and account director responsible for enabling the delivery of the highest quality service and insight to our largest and most influential clients. She is focussed on Industrial Products and over the last ten years has worked with FTSE 100 businesses and the UK arms of global corporations. Julia also leads the UK Aerospace and Defence sector. Prior to being a relationship manager, Julia spent 10 years managing complex global audits.

With a broad range of experience in our aerospace & defense, industrials, and automotive sectors, Lindsey helps our clients shape their digital transformation roadmaps, investing in solutions built for scale, focused on delivering value, and designed to transform legacy manufacturing processes through digital technologies and AI/cognitive insights. Lindsey was a key player in launching Deloitte’s Smart Manufacturing use cases and key assets and is highly engaged with our ecosystem partners focused on the A&D sector. Lindsey works across the Deloitte functions to bring comprehensive thinking to challenges – by leveraging digital technologies and engaging multifaceted teams, she drives transformational change that cuts across all realms of the digital enterprise.

John is a vice chair, Deloitte LLP, and the leader of the US Industrial Products & Construction practice. John has more than 25 years of consulting experience focusing on global companies with highly-engineered products in the A&D, Industrial Products and Automotive industries. John advises senior executives on driving impactful and sustained performance improvement, through both top-line growth and margin improvement initiatives. He has led large-scale transformation efforts to help businesses with strategic cost transformation and operations/supply chain initiatives. John has an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in Business & Economics and Government & Law and an MBA from Duke University.
