Sanna leads the Marketing and Commerce offering within Deloitte Technology & Transformation practice in Finland. She has 15 years of experience in digital commerce and related solutions development. This has enabled her to gain an end-to-end understanding of the processes, systems, and data flows across marketing, sales, and various customer touchpoints required to deliver superior customer experiences. Sanna’s diverse background, spanning different types of organisations, both in-house and consulting capacities, and across IT and business roles, has provided her with the ability to view digitisation from multiple perspectives to deliver value to our clients.
