She specialises in both strategic advisory and hands-on execution, aligning end-to-end business processes and balancing revenue generation with internal capabilities. Katri helps organisations transform sales, service, channel, and commercial strategies and practices to achieve competitive advantage. She has successfully led business development and transformation programmes, implemented shared practices, reorganisations, and CRM and sales & marketing tools that deliver tangible results.
