Antti Kiuru

Antti is the team leader of Legal Management Consulting engagements focused lawyers in Deloitte Finland. Antti has long and extensive experience in hands-on domestic and cross-border in-house legal business support. In his role as the General Counsel in a Finnish mid-cap company Antti has gained wide experience especially in the fields of corporate and contract law, listed company corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Antti has a proven track record also in managing successfully M&A and other major projects.
