Green IT and Cost-saving Summit

We are thrilled to invite you to an inspiring event dedicated to transforming your digital future into a sustainable one.

In today’s complex landscape, Danish companies face increasing challenges due to geopolitical tensions and vulnerabilities across digital supply chains—from microchips and hardware to devices. These risks are compounded by dependencies on the electricity grid, data centre stability, volatile energy prices, rising IT licensing costs, and growing demands for transparency around digital CO₂ emissions. As these challenges grow, understanding their impact across sustainability, resilience, finance, and IT is more important than ever for future-proofing your business.

Join us for an afternoon filled with inspiring talks and engaging conversations, followed by pizza and the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals at Deloitte x IBM’s Green IT after-work session.

Why you shouldn't miss this:

Create a Digital CO2e and Cost Baseline: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to map your digital CO2e-footprint and cost baseline within your IT-organisation. This insight will empower you to plan, monitor, and evaluate energy consumption, costs, and sustainability initiatives effectively. By mapping these metrics, you can identify areas for improvement and make informeddecisions that align with your sustainability goals.

Cultivate a Green IT Culture:
Explore ways to integrate Green IT practices into procurement, third-party and
waste management, supply chain digital usage, and EEE-waste. Utilise automated analytics, ESG reporting, and lifecycle assessments to engage employees in sustainability efforts, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and innovation.

Harness Green AI and Analytics: Leverage AI and analytics to streamline planning and logistics within your company. By optimising the training and operation of AI models, you can significantly reduce energy consumption, emissions, and costs, paving the way for more efficient and sustainable business operations.

Optimise Green IT Infrastructure: Discover methods to identify overexposure and inefficiencies in your cloud and other digital infrastructure. Learn strategies to optimise storage capacity and computing power, reducing dependency on hyperscalers and enhancing your organisation’s agility and resilience.

This event is your opportunity to refine your Sustainable IT strategy, prioritize and optimize digital resources, and build valuable connections with industry leaders committed to sustainability. Secure your spot and be part of the movement towards a greener digital future!
