We offer two forms of professional training that combine strategic thinking, practical experience and current regulatory requirements.
- Sustainability Strategy and Management Training – provides a comprehensive introduction to sustainability management and prepares participants for the international ACCA Certificate in Sustainability Strategy and Management.
- ESG Lab workshop – a practical strategic meeting focused on the specific impact of ESG on your business and the creation of a realistic implementation roadmap.
Sustainability Strategy and Management Training
This two-day interactive training provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of sustainability principles, the management of ESG strategies, and how they relate to financial management. The course is suitable for professionals who want to develop their knowledge in the field of ESG management while gaining access to the ACCA Certificate in Sustainability Strategy and Management platform. This allows self-study and passing the final exam. The training combines theoretical foundations with practical exercises and case studies tailored to the experience and focus of the participants to make the content as relevant as possible.
The training focuses mainly on the following areas:
- Sustainability, strategy and stakeholders – identification of key stakeholders, their interests and influence, creation of a stakeholder map.
- Sustainability goals – linking ESG strategy with business goals, assessing risks and opportunities, defining measurable goals.
- Management and leadership – the role of effective leadership in integrating sustainability, identifying internal obstacles in the organization.
- Financial strategy and sustainability – an overview of sustainable financial products (e.g. green bonds) and their link to ESG goals.
- Risk management – introduction to different risk management frameworks and their application to specific case studies.
- The role of technology – the use of appropriate tools and systems for the collection and analysis of ESG data.

ESG Lab
ESG Lab is an intensive one-day workshop designed for key representatives in the field of sustainability and for heads of individual departments (e.g. HR, finance, controlling, operations, etc.). The goal is to understand what ESG means specifically for your business in the context of legislation and to assess the current level of ESG maturity of your organization.
