Driven by its globalization strategy, it has continued to expand overseas - establishing a manufacturing plant in Brazil and building a localized operating model to grow its global market share.

Client RequirementsAs the Brazil plant's scale has expanded and its production mix has diversified, the client urgently needed an end-to-end digital upgrade to resolve several major cross-border management pain points:
- Outdated system capabilities - Systems were neither cloud-deployed nor globally adaptable, creating integration bottlenecks and data silos across business applications.
- Prominent collaboration barriers - Time-zone differences and disparate business systems made real-time oversight, unified scheduling and efficient co-ordination of overseas plants difficult, keeping cross-border management costs high.
- Constrained operational efficiency - Legacy processes remained cumbersome and largely manual, and core business processes were not yet standardized, so operations could not keep pace with business expansion.
