New Edition of the Women’s Mentoring Network Program

Applications for the 5th Generation of the Women’s Mentoring Network are open: A New Opportunity for 50 Young Women Focused on Empowerment and Strengthening Their Role in the Business World

The fifth edition of the Women’s Mentoring Network mentorship program is officially opened today. The program is designed to support young women in Bosnia and Herzegovina in developing key business skills and creating a supportive environment that will further strengthen their role in society through mentorship, education, and networking.

Addiko Bank d.d. Sarajevo and Deloitte BiH, the program's organizers, have once again prepared a carefully structured initiative aimed at empowering women and advancing their careers. Through the previous editions, the Women’s Mentorship Network has achieved remarkable success, demonstrating that providing support and fostering connections can have a profound impact on professional development. Through four program editions, more than 200 young women at the start of their careers have benefited from this educational initiative.

Applications are open until April 8, 2025, and the program is available to university-educated, employed women with at least one year of work experience, who are eager to learn and grow professionally.

"We are proud to say that the Women’s Mentoring Network, as a model of individual mentorship between mentees and mentors, has proven to be highly successful. That’s why we have once again decided to bring together and motivate young women for a new, fifth consecutive edition. This year, too, we will ensure that every young professional woman at the start of her career receives the right support for her professional growth. Networking can open many doors and create opportunities for experience exchange—not only with mentors but also with other professionals from various industries," said Sanela Pašić, member of the Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank Sarajevo and one of the project’s founders.

Sabina Softić, Director of Deloitte BiH, added: "The Women’s Mentorship Network is not just a one-year program; it is a community that builds the future. Each generation brings incredible stories of growth and success, and we are entering this fifth edition with great enthusiasm, knowing how much mentorship can mean to young women at the start of their careers. Over the years, we have seen women from different industries support each other, develop, and discover new opportunities precisely because of this program. We continue to create a space where every woman can feel the strength of the community, be inspired by the experiences of others, and move forward with confidence."
