Tomek has been the CEO for Central Europe since June 2024. He has spent over 20 years at Deloitte, among others holding the position of C&I leader for Central Europe and Cluster Leader for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and later, Ukraine. Before assuming these duties, he was responsible for strategy and operations of the Consulting Practice in Poland, and for building and developing Deloitte’s tax teams in Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów and Ostrava. He initiated the Deloitte Foundation in Poland.
Tomek is married and has two daughters. He is an enthusiast of cycling, travelling and theatre arts.

Seweryn Dąbrowski has taken a role of Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Central Europe in June 2021. At the same time, he is Partner in the Tax Advisory, Leader of the Business Tax in Poland and Co-leader of tax department in Poznań. Seweryn graduated from Cracow University of Economics in Finance and Banking. Seweryn has 26 years of experience in complex corporate income tax advisory for Polish and multinational enterprises. His areas of expertise include also local and international restructuring as well as mergers & acquisitions. Seweryn has extensive experience in running complex tax reviews. He is a Member of German Desk. Seweryn is a licensed tax advisor, the author of publications on tax issues and a speaker at tax conferences and seminars.

Marek is a Partner in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic, being with the firm since 1999. Marek is leading the Finance & Performance offering in Central Europe (CE), advising mainly CFOs and finance managers of companies in all industries. Marek has an extensive expertise in finance function reorganizations (incl. shared services deployment), finance processes improvement (incl. robotic process automation), cost accounting, profitability management, planning & budgeting & forecasting, and management reporting. The mission is to help the clients achieve a more efficient finance function which would serve as a better business partner. Marek and his team pay special attention to digitalization of finance by implementing new technologies. Marek is currently acting also as a CE Chief Strategy Officer.

Olindo commenced his career journey with Deloitte in the United States in 2004 as an international tax consultant. He quickly rose through the
ranks and became the trusted advisor to some of the largest companies in the world assisting with a multitude of complex tax implications and
restructurings. However, his passion for entrepreneurship led him to relocate to Albania in 2009 and successfully build the Tax & Legal practice from the
ground up both in Albania and Kosovo.

Over the years, Olindo has held numerous executive roles within Deloitte, most notably as leader of Deloitte CE Business Services Center and Deloitte CE Chief Operations Officer. On top of his current role as Deputy CE
CEO, he is also the Managing Partner of Deloitte CE South, leading over 1,100 professionals and driving business development across 9 markets (Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Bosnia & Herzegovina), and Deloitte DCE Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial management aspects of 7 different geographies (Austria, Central Europe, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Turkey).

In his various leadership roles within Deloitte, Olindo has
focused the strategy of the firm on service innovation, human capital development, operational excellence, and building impactful bridges with the community. His vision has contributed to Deloitte becoming the lead provider of
tax and legal services in Albania and Kosovo, and an employer of choice for young aspiring professionals across all 9 CE South markets. As the leader of
the Deloitte CE Business Services Center in Rzeszow, Poland, he successfully
reformed the center’s governance and operational structures. Olindo has also
initiated and implemented successful impact programs that have helped foster
stronger bonds between Deloitte and the community.

Today, as a leader with more than 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, he remains committed to inspiring his teams and
assisting his clients to bring about growth and innovation beyond individual and company confines, to benefit our environment and society at large.

Jakub is the Chief Growth Officer of Deloitte Central Europe and member of the Deloitte CE Executive.

He drives the growth strategy and execution across 19 countries in the region. Jakub is responsible for providing Central European clients with the best of Deloitte and addressing their most complex issues thanks to the depth and breadth of the firm's sector expertise.

With a background in technology, Jakub has accumulated over 18 years of professional experience. Prior to his current role, he was the CE Ecosystems & Alliances Leader, with the aim of increasing the revenue of technology services through collaboration with software and platform providers. He also managed the Google alliance in CE, overseeing the joint business with Google as well as serving Google as a client. He has led Cyber business in Poland, where he and his team delivered solutions and guidance to clients on various aspects of cybersecurity.

He is a happily married father of two and a passionate long-distance runner.

Graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb and she holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, New York, USA.

Ahmed joined Deloitte Central Europe Executive Committee as the CE Risk and Reputation Leader starting June 2017. In addition to the RRL responsibilities, he remains in Bucharest office to continue to support the Romanian Audit practice and acts as LCSP on a few large Romanian clients.Ahmed has been with Deloitte since 1999 and has served as the Country Managing Partner (2011-2016), the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deloitte Central Europe and, since 2002, as Audit Partner, providing services to both local and multinational companies in Romania, which have businesses in various sectors, in particular financial services, TMT, and consumer goods.Ahmed holds a degree in Economics and Trade from the University of Punjab, Pakistan, and Accounting and Finance Diploma from the Brighton University, England. Ahmed is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors, and Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania.

Martin Tesar currently serves as the Audit Business Leader of Deloitte Central Europe (CE), a position he’s assumed on 1 June 2018. He joined Deloitte right after graduating from university in 1994. He served as the Audit & Assurance Managing Partner for the Czech Republic, CE Audit & Assurance Innovation leader and he was member of CE Board. Martin continues to serve clients in Consumer Business and Technology industries.Martin’s key clients include(d), among others, Tesco, Unipetrol Group, Pegas Nonwovens Group, CEFC group, CITIC Group. He was also involved with CME (TV broadcaster), T-Mobile, Delphi, Ahold group and others.Martin Tesar is Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants/ACCA/UK., he is statutory licensed auditor in the Czech Republic and he holds master degree from Faculty of Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University and MBA from Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

Darko Stanisavić is the Country Leader for Deloitte Serbia and the Financial Advisory Partner in Charge in Deloitte’s South Central Europe Cluster (Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina).Darko is an US educated and trained economics and financial professional with over 17 years of experience both in the United States and Central Europe region. Darko has significant experience providing Corporate Finance, Restructuring, M&A Transaction and Strategic Consulting Services for large number of international and domestic corporate, public and private equity clients.

Joanna Stawowska is a Deloitte Poland partner. She is experienced in VAT and customs and excise duty, and has over 20 years of experience in tax and fiscal law advisory.Joanna helps clients solve strategic tax problems and formulate alternative transaction flows. She also has assisted several multinational companies with Polish business set-up and cross-border transaction structuring. She serves Polish as well as international clients. Joanna has gained extensive experience in tax advisory for public sector bodies.

Pawel joined Deloitte in September 2015 as a Partner in the Consulting Services. He is a professional with over 20 years of experience in delivering large IT transformations for companies in the banking sector. He has worked for global FSI and Banking clients and carried out projects in Canada, Israel, USA, Slovakia, Hungary and other European countries. Paweł was Poland’s Consulting Risk Leader and Investment Leader, CE Digital Banking Solutions Leader and until recently — CE Consulting Chief Operational Officer and CE Core
Business Operations Leader. 

Joanna Świerzyńska is a Managing Partner of Deloitte Poland, Baltics and Ukraine. Previously she was a member of the management board of Deloitte Polska and the partner in charge of the talent agenda development in the firm. As the Global Employer Services Team Leader she advised clients in relation to PIT, social insurance and labour law issues as well as services rendered to employees seconded abroad and foreigners working in Poland. For years she has been involved in activities supporting inclusion and female leadership. She believes in business benefits stemming from diversity. She is an experienced coach and mentor, participating both in internal and external female leader development initiatives, and playing this role in LeadersIn since 2021. At Deloitte, she wants to create an inclusive, value-based environment supporting professional growth of employees.

She is a graduate of Management Faculty at Warsaw University and a member of the National Council of Tax Advisors.

Balazs is Financial Services Industry Banking Leader in Central Europe and the Managing Partner of Deloitte Hungary. He has 18 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A transactions. In recent years he was focusing mainly on banking M&A and portfolio transactions, and led several restructuring and post-merger value creation services engagements in the banking universe.

Ivana Lorencovičová is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Czech & Slovak Republic. She is also the WorldImpact Leader for Deloitte Central Europe promoting initiatives focused on creating a more sustainable and more equitable corporate environment. Ivana has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and manages projects for strategic and financial investors in various sectors, including advisory on M&A, company sales, restructuring, refinancing and business valuations. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK.
