Pavel Siska

Pavel Siska has been leading Human Capital Advisory since 2022, leveraging his experience in both management consulting and technology delivery. He also serves as the Czech Republic Market Leader, responsible for expanding Deloitte's presence in the country. He has held this position since 2014. Pavel joined Deloitte in 2013, transitioning from IBM, where he had accumulated over 12 years of experience selling and executing technology projects across various industries. Prior to that, he has worked for Commerzbank, BNP, Dresdner Bank, and had his own consulting firm.

Pavel is passionate about fostering a client-centric culture, developing winning teams in the market, and crafting unique solutions that blend deep sector knowledge with technological expertise. Outside of work, Pavel is a dedicated father to three children, enjoys reading history and politics books, jogging, and playing golf.
