Olindo began his career with Deloitte in the United States in 2004 as an International Tax Consultant. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest companies, guiding them through complex tax matters, cross-border transactions, and corporate restructurings. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, Olindo relocated to Albania in 2009, where he successfully established and grew Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice in both Albania and Kosovo.
Throughout his career, Olindo has held a number of senior leadership positions within Deloitte. From 2020 to 2026, he served as DCE Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial management across seven geographies: Austria, Central Europe, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Turkey. Between 2021 and 2025, he was Managing Partner of Deloitte CE South, leading more than 1,100 professionals and driving business growth across nine markets: Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. His other notable leadership appointments include serving as Leader of Deloitte CE Business Services Center in Rzeszów, Poland, and as Deloitte CE Chief Operating Officer.
Across these roles, Olindo has championed strategies centered on service innovation, talent development, operational excellence, and strong community engagement. Under his leadership, Deloitte became the leading provider of Tax & Legal services in Albania and Kosovo and strengthened its position as an employer of choice for young professionals across the CE South region. As leader of the Deloitte CE Business Services Center in Rzeszów, he successfully transformed the center’s governance and operating model, enhancing efficiency and performance. He has also launched and led several impactful initiatives that strengthened Deloitte’s connection with local communities and reinforced the firm’s commitment to creating a positive societal impact.
Today, with more than 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, Olindo continues to inspire teams, support clients, and drive sustainable growth and innovation.
