Michaela brings over 25 years of legal expertise to Deloitte Central Europe, having joined on November 1, 2006. She quickly advanced to Head of the Legal Department by December 1, 2006, and was appointed DCE Chief Legal Officer on June 1, 2023.
Her role involves corporate governance, legal counseling—including data privacy issues—and client contract negotiations. She also oversees the legal team and provides strategic support to the Board of Directors, CEO, and departments like Finance, Risk Management, and HR.
A graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, Michaela passed her bar exam in 2004. She is a member of ACC Europe, underscoring her commitment to excellence and professional growth in the legal field.
