Lukasz has over 15 years of IT experience including Consulting and Management roles on the international level. Lukasz leads Deloitte Consulting ServiceNow practice in Central Europe. He led three major ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs for North American blue chip commercial and public customers pushing the boundaries of innovation and business process automation.
Lukasz was invited to speak on two ServiceNow Knowledge conferences in 2016 and 2018. Lukasz has multiple years of experience in the roles of management consultant, practice lead, project manager and process manager. He has been involved in consulting engagements in the UK, USA, Canada and Nordic region.
