Donika is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Central Europe's Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice, where she spends most of her time helping clients align their cyber security standing with their strategic objectives, market activities, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
Donika supports clients to embed operational resilience into their business-as-usual operations by helping them anticipate, prepare for, and adapt to disruptions while maintaining critical services. This includes strengthening governance frameworks, improving risk and impact assessments, enhancing incident response capabilities, and integrating resilience practices across people, processes, technology, and third-party ecosystems.
Prior to joining Deloitte Central Europe, Donika spent seven years with Deloitte UK where she supported clients as they prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption.
