Afrore Rudi

Afrore is a Partner of the Tax and Legal Department in Deloitte Kosova serving also as the Country Leader for Kosova. She is President of the Board at the American Chamber of Commerce, a fellow member of ACCA. Afrore has built her eminence as the most reputable tax advisor in the market, representing the best and largest companies operating in Kosova.

Afrore has over 15 years experience in tax advisory at Deloitte. Her specialization covers different areas including M&A advisory, interpretation of tax laws and regulations, OECD Model Convention on Income and Capital, Sixth VAT Directive, Parent–Subsidiary Directive, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. The main focus of her work is advising foreign investors operating in the market. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, tax advisory services, tax due diligence and tax litigation in a wide range of clients and industries, mostly focusing on the energy, transportation, construction and banking sectors.

Afrore holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Taxation from London Guildhall University (England) and she is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and of SCAAK. Prior to joining the Kosova practice, Afrore previously worked for a Chartered Accountancy firm based in London and completed a six‐month assignment in Deloitte Bulgaria.
