Atin has 23 years of consulting experience working on large global HR technology transformation programs. Atin leads the Workday HCM Operate business within Deloitte’ s Human Capital as a Service offering and brings a diversified, multi-cultural, and extensive experience in HR Digital Transformation, Hybrid, and cloud HCM implementation and Operate program management. Atin has demonstrated agile leadership throughout his Deloitte tenure of 16+ years. He has played several roles within Deloitte’ s global delivery network and collaborates with delivery centres and regional member firms to design delivery model for the clients that ensures no disruption in their global HR business operations. Atin is a thought leader who works with his clients in advising them on several aspects of operate to innovate and helps HR IT and business move up the value chain.

Chuck Knell

Chuck has over 17 years of program and project management experience across multiple industries supporting transformational Oracle projects, large system implementations, custom solutions, and application management. Chuck specializes in leading application management engagements for commercial LSHC clients such as Kite Pharma and public sector clients such as the Department of Health and Human Services. Chuck applies his extensive ITIL, CMMI, and PMI experience to deliver high quality processes and work products for Deloitte Consulting AMS clients.

She is able to cut through various layers of ambiguity to simplify and identify opportunities for value creation. Rupali has worked with different technologies including Workday, SAP, Oracle for delivering and maintaining enterprise solutions (HRIS and ERP solutions) and understands the challenges of operating and maintain enterprise systems.
