Morais has more than 25 years of experience in tax/corporate advisory, due diligence, transfer pricing, expatriates, and tax planning for clients from different business segments, including utility companies and the energy sector.
Currently, he serves large, medium and small national and multinational clients, focusing on the tax and tax compliance areas.
He is a member of the Regional Accounting Council (CRC), the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives (IBEF), the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil (IBRACON).
