Senior Director | Supply Management & Digital Procurement

Patrick leads the Supply Management & Digital Procurement practice, based in Brussels. He works with major clients across industries and geographies to boost the adoption of digital technologies in procurement. Patrick builds on a professional experience of 18 years in sourcing & procurement transformation, opportunity analysis and execution, organisation design, supplier management and innovation. He is a frequent guest speaker on trends in sourcing and procurement. He holds an BA from University College London (UK) and a Master in General Management from the Vlerick Business School (Belgium).

Kristof Persoons

Director | Supply Management & Digital Procurement

Kristof Persoons is Director at Deloitte Consulting (based in Brussels, Belgium). His main area of expertise is around Supply Chain Management with a focus on Sourcing & Procurement: sourcing, procurement organisation design, redesign of procurement processes, implementation of supporting tools (SAP MM, Ariba and Coupa). Kristof holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven, with a specialisation in business administration and strategy. He obtained an additional Master of Advanced Business Studies degree at the Leuven School of Business and Economics. Kristof is a native Dutch speaker. He is fluent in English and French. Certifications: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, SAP MM, Coupa, Project and Integration Management
