Lee has nearly 20 years experience in the automotive industry, and is charged with overseeing our OEM distributor network and dealership performance optimisation practice. Lee has experience leading long term engagements with OEMs and Dealers and bringing the best of Deloitte to our teams. Lee is a Partner in our Deloitte Motor Industry Services team, and has worked with automotive clients across Asia-Pacific in numerous roles, including dealership optimisation, network financial analysis and OEM retail of the future modelling. As an experienced partner within our Deloitte Motor Industry practice, Lee is responsible for leading our team of Automotive experts and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the industry to every engagement.
Dale has over 24 years’ experience in accounting, financial management, benchmarking, business consulting and profit improvement processes for retail motor dealers, manufacturers, financiers and legal advisors within the automotive industry. Dale is a regular speaker at AADA, industry seminars and is a key presenter of Dealer Groups and Training Programs. Dale’s passion is helping dealers improve their people and profitability. His major achievements are the development of Profit Focus industry benchmarks and the first motor industry CRM benchmarks. ale also leads the Deloitte Dealer Services Global Centre of Excellence working closely with his colleagues in the US, Germany and Japan to help shape the automotive industry to cope with the rapid rate of change with new retail format and enhanced customer experiences.
