• Actuarial Solutions

As innovative actuaries, we combine deep actuarial expertise with Deloitte’s creative thinking to help you shape your career path, focusing on purpose, progression, and impact. You'll receive core technical and project management training to excel in the actuarial market. We provide clients with end-to-end quantitative solutions, including strategic advice, data management, modelling, and execution. 

Degrees:  Actuarial Studies or Commerce/Economics with an Actuarial Studies major; or Applied Finance/Mathematics degree (i.e. non-actuarial) if interest in investments/applied finance.

• Sustainability & Climate 

We advise clients on their Green Transition through sustainability-led strategies, mitigation, economic analysis, financial models, and adaptation techniques. We share insights on new climate opportunities and risks, and partner with clients to help them demonstrate trust through effective governance, transparent reporting, proactive anticipation and response to regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

We partner with public, private, and capital investment clients on infrastructure projects. We advise clients on incentivising public infrastructure investment, attracting private-sector participation, navigating infrastructure investment shortfalls, and shaping, managing, and maintaining construction projects to deliver transformative solutions. We also assess the feasibility and delivery strategy for new assets, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Project Advisory & Delivery

Assisting with the delivery of complex programs by helping track progress, coordinating activities, managing risks, and supporting project teams to stay on schedule.

  We provide valuation advice and modelling solutions for various purposes, including transaction and corporate/strategic advisory, tax, financial reporting and disputes. 
  
• Corporate Finance Advisory
  We provide independent financial, M&A, and structuring advice. We focus on creating value by selling other stakeholder exit options, driven by succession, portfolio management, or the private equity lifecycle (from raising finance to the ultimate sale). 
  
• Consulting Services (Deal transformation and post-merger integration)
  We provide end-to-end deal support for clients buying, selling, merging, or divesting. Our services span the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal activities such as target screening, operational and commercial due diligence, and planning, to Day 1 integration/separation planning and execution, and post-Day 1 support, to maximise deal value while getting the deal done.

In our Turnaround & Restructuring business, you’ll assist on diverse and engaging assignments across restructuring, performance improvement and formal insolvency. We also support organisations with securing the necessary capital to meet their needs.

• Workplace Relations Advisory
  We combine practitioners with deep workplace relations expertise and advanced analytic skills to support clients to navigate the evolving workplace regulatory landscape and identify opportunities to achieve great outcomes for businesses and their employees. You will join a large team of workplace relations practitioners with diverse experience to support our clients to solve their most complex workplace relations challenges.

• Forensic & Financial Crime
  We support clients exposed to risks from financial crime, fraud and other economic crimes, as well as claims and disputes. We use our deep industry experience, advanced analytical technology and global network to understand challenges and manage complex issues for our clients. We work hand in hand with clients to pre-empt risk and manage related programs.

• Forensic Technology
  Known internally as Discovery & Data Management, we help clients navigate tech risks through internal investigations and forensically analysing electronic evidence collected from devices. Then, we design solutions that help our clients risk-align and future-proof their systems.
