You will have: 

• A degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, Strategic Management, HR Management, Information Technology, Law or similar
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, excellent academic results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to analyse information and derive objective and valid solutions
• The ability to adapt to a high-paced, dynamic environment.
     

The Graduate Program
Graduates will commence with Deloitte between November 2025 and January 2026. You will be allocated to one of our three (3) major Service Lines:

• Strategy, Risk & Transaction Services
• Audit & Assurance Services
• Tax & Legal Services 

Each Graduate is paired with a buddy and allocated a mentor to help with a smooth transition into Deloitte life.
 
The Graduate program will help you develop soft skills and technical ability to prepare for life in professional services. The highlight of the program is the Graduate Learning Academy Breakthrough Event, which our PNG graduates participate in and are hosted in Australia. It’s an event not to be missed, as all high-performing PNG Graduates interact with other Deloitte Graduates from around Australia and members of the Deloitte Executive.
