Ryan has 18 years’ experience in technology consulting, focussed on providing advisory services to both private and public companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestments. This spans both pre-deal strategy and due diligence, to planning and executing the integration/separation work program to complete the transaction. Ryan is focussed on maximising the value and contribution that technology can make in transactions, whilst helping Boards and Executives understand the cost, complexity and associated risks with technology changes.
