Maddy is a Senior Consultant in the Organisation Transformation team, with a background in supporting organisations through complex transformations. Maddy has a strong interest in enabling leaders, and people, to embed desired behaviours against strategic outcomes. Her experience spans from technology adoption and strategic change, to leadership and culture alignment, within both the public and private sectors.
The Human Capital practice is a team of almost 700 people, who work with organisations and their leaders to improve business performance and drive positive outcomes, through reimagining work, workforces and workplaces.
