Nathan leads the Organization Transformation offering within the Human Capital practice. This includes market offerings in areas of organization design, strategic change, culture transformation, and actuarial solutions. He has advised Deloitte’s internal HR organization on performance management and succession design, worked with Bersin leadership on the integration of their research into client solutions and has published articles/presented at conferences on the topic of talent management, employee engagement, and Retail sector talent challenges.
Nathan holds a B.S. in Psychology from Denison University and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
