Jeff is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Government & Public Services practice where he leads the Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) market offering and Deloitte’s MES systems integration product, HealthInteractive™.

Jeff has spent the past 20 years of his career helping Medicaid agencies across the US modernize and improve their technology and healthcare operations. Having led some of the most successful Medicaid system implementations in the industry within aggressive timeframes, Jeff’s passion in the Medicaid industry has led to significant success with on-time, on-budget deliveries of large, complex Medicaid system development, integration, and implementation projects utilizing the MITA framework and CMS’ seven conditions and standards.
