Supporting South African renewable energy projects
Deloitte M&A Transaction Services is proud to have supported Norfund in its R600m pledge into SA renewable energy projects.
Client’s objectives
Norfund and BII pledged R600 million to H1 Capital, which will fund a pipeline of 2.4 GW of renewable energy projects in SA. As part of the transaction, Deloitte was appointed to perform the financial and tax due diligence.
