NEW YORK, NY, USA, 27 January 2021—Deloitte has received a Positive rating by Gartner, the world’s leading information technology and advisory company, in its January 2021 report titled, Gartner: Vendor Rating, Deloitte. This complex rating is based on six categories: Product/Service, Support/Account Management, Pricing Structure, Technology/Methodology, Strategy, and Corporate Visibility. Of note, Deloitte received a Strong rating, the highest possible rating, in four of six categories.
The assessment by Gartner focuses primarily on the organisation’s consulting, advisory, and technology-related services, as well as the consulting and advisory aspects of its assurance and tax businesses.
“To Deloitte, this recognition speaks to our unwavering commitment to help solve clients’ most complex challenges utilising innovative technology solutions coupled with the power of human ingenuity,” says Sam Balaji, Deloitte Global Consulting leader. “Enhanced by strategic alliances, ecosystems and assets we have built and deployed together, we continue to strengthen the services we provide around the world and remain focussed on driving digital transformation that unlocks long-term value for our clients.”
“I see this recognition as a testament to the strength and commitment of Deloitte’s Risk Advisory and Consulting businesses,” adds Donna Glass, Deloitte Global Risk Advisory leader. “The past year has reinforced the importance of resilience—Deloitte clients were forced to adapt their working environments and business models to succeed. As the largest Security and Business Consulting organisation, Deloitte was able to help our clients position for long-term growth by enabling them to build trustworthy, resilient, secure and responsible businesses that thrive in an increasingly unpredictable world.”
