Yumna is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, where she leads the People Diagnostics offering within Workforce Transformation.
She architects and delivers strategic employee perception initiatives, working with clients to translate workforce insights into actionable strategies that drive organisational impact.
Yumna oversees Deloitte’s flagship employee engagement diagnostic as well as bespoke solutions tailored to specific organisational needs, enabling clients to unlock workforce potential through data-driven people strategies. With over eight years’ experience, she has also contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives for leading organisations.
