Yumna oversees Deloitte’s flagship employee engagement diagnostic as well as bespoke solutions tailored to specific organisational needs, enabling clients to unlock workforce potential through data-driven people strategies. With over eight years’ experience, she has also contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives for leading organisations.
