Wesley is a partner at Deloitte in areas of Analytics and Cyber broadly. He held a variety of positions and roles over 19 years included running large scale teams 150+, P&Ls and being a Lead business partner to clients in the Banking, FMCG & Mining industries. He is a seasoned Client Services professional and has serviced a myriad of clients across the FMCG/Industrials, mining, telecommunications, financial services and public sector industries helping them solve their business problems through the use of Data, technology and control. He sets the example and drives the belief that a healthy organisation is people centric with an inclusive team culture, contains a diversity of skills and backgrounds, has a healthy revenue pipeline and is supported by structured and disciplined operations. Currently he is leading he Cloud based offerings in Risk Advisory holistically across Cyber, Data, Risk and internal control.
