Vusani Tyamzashe is an Associate Director in Strategy and Business Design at Deloitte Africa Consulting Services. He advises banks and telecom operators across the continent on closing the gap between strategic ambition and delivery: turning technology, data and AI investments into programmes that boards will fund and organisations can execute.
His work spans growth strategy, digital modernisation and large-scale technology transformation, informed by a distinctive perspective on the convergence of financial services and telecoms. Vusani is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 14 years of experience spanning audit, impact investing and strategy consulting, and holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
