Temitope Odukoya

Temitope Odukoya (Tope) is currently the Africa Financial Advisory Managing Partner for Deloitte Africa and the Chair of Deloitte Capital Pty Ltd.  He is also a member of the Deloitte Africa Executive Committee and the Global Financial Advisory Executive Team.

He has over two decades experience in professional services across several functions and industries, with significant experience across most areas of Financial Advisory. He joined Deloitte as a Financial Advisory Partner in 2014, becoming the West Africa Financial Advisory Leader in February 2015, and the Africa Financial Advisory Managing Partner in February 2022.

He served four terms as the Chair of the Corporate Finance Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and previously served as the Deloitte representative on the Board of the Association of Auditors and Reporting Accountants in the Capital Markets. He is a mentor at Endeavor, an international non-governmental organisation devoted to mentoring entrepreneurs.

Tope has an MBA jointly awarded by Columbia Business School, New York and London Business School in the United Kingdom (UK). He earned an MSc in Finance & Management from Cranfield University, UK and a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has attended executive training courses at Harvard, MIT, Oxford, GIBS and Lagos Business School.

Tope is a CFA Charter Holder as well as a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria).
